Ned Oistacher, MLIR
Associate
Ned Oistacher has held
various senior level positions in the public and private sectors during the
past twenty-four years. His experience includes many Human Resource
Management function in both corporate and governmental organizations; i.e.,
employee and labor relations; professional and technical recruitment and
selection; design and delivery of various training sessions/seminars;
employee staff supervision and evaluation; implementation of policies
and procedures, benefits administration and budgeting. He is currently an
Associate with
L.J. CRAIG & Associates, Inc.
and works on a variety of client
projects.
Ned has many career
accomplishments in the various positions he has held. He has designed
and managed an Employee Involvement Program including but not limited to
company events and quality control programs; designed and distributed
employee climate surveys; assisted in reducing employee morale and turnover
issues by approximately 15%; coordinated and implemented all EEOC-related
projects and communications including EEO training, Affirmative Action
Reports and OFCCP Compliance. He has also initiated and managed supervisory
training programs and acted as platform trainer for Zenger Miller
Supervision, DDl Assessment Center Targeted Selection, and Quality Control
Circles Training Programs.
Mr. Oistacher’s work experience
includes President of Oistacher Financial Services, Coral Springs, FL;
Partner with HCB, Plus, Coral Springs, FL, a Human Resources and Benefits
consulting company, Coordinator Employee Relations and Employee Relations
Specialist with the School Board of Broward County, FL; as well as
various management level positions with Budget Rent A Car, Fleming Companies,
Hertz and Gulf Oil Corporations. Ned holds a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations and Bachelor of Arts in Socio-Economics from Michigan State University. |
