Frank's considerable experience includes communications systems and design supporting the IBM AS400 midrange systems, covering all aspects of remote terminal and LAN connections involving design, installation and management as well as various positions in the systems design and programming field. He has designed and installed many variations of remote access communications connections, and  the Microsoft Terminal Server system, using direct, dialup, dedicated and DSL connections to the AS400 system.

He is certified as a Microsoft MCSE and is a Novell CNE for the  3.11 and 3.12  operating systems. He has also had formal training in virtually every segment of the computer industry. Frank's many career accomplishments have included; increased and improved sales and support as a representative for a major computer vendor; designed and managed large and small scale business communication networks for mainframe, midrange and LANs including system design, and successful implementation.

A large part of Frank's responsibilities over the last 12 years has been with the design, setup  and installation of office facilities and their remote connections to a  central corporate AS400 management system.  The offices generally operated a local LAN system using either the Microsoft or Novell operating systems, with remote WAN connections to the AS400. He was responsible for design, implementation, management of the entire WAN network facilities for  a large corporation. The WAN system connected as many as 75 offices located in cities in the southeastern U.S. and extending  through the southeast to southern California. He was also responsible for the design, installation  and management of premise wiring systems for phone, data and LAN systems in new and remodeled facilities.

Overall, Frank is knowledgeable in all aspects of LANs and WANs including design, management and installation of those systems supporting a wide range of application software systems.

There is a fast growing number of  businesses that operate out of small offices or homes with only one or at the most  two employees. These businesses usually do not have the resources available to them to retain quality and affordable support services. As an Associate of             L.J. CRAIG & Associates, Inc.,  Frank is now making his extensive knowledge and experience  available to the small office/home office (SOHO) environment. He provides all aspects of design, support, training and trouble shooting.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management (BSIM) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
