Dr. Willis has received well over 180 hours of formal training as an Assessor and has conducted well over 300 hours of Assessor training during her career.

We ensure a thorough consensus process is conducted by each Assessor panel, wherein consensus regarding a candidate’s overall score on each skill dimension, on a 5 or 7 point scale, is within 1 point.

We ensure that all Assessor’s ratings are independently derived.

We require thorough training of Assessors depending on the number of assessment exercises; we strongly recommend no less than 1.5 days of training.

We will not use an Assessor who knows a candidate nor will we allow an Assessor to participate who refuses to take notes or is biased in any way.

We utilize Dr. Patrick Maher’s internationally acclaimed and utilized Assessor Training tape (where applicable) and materials for  Assessor training.
