Dr. Willis’ career includes Senior Staff Associate
at the Miami Dade Criminal Justice Assessment center, Coordinator of
Testing
and Assessment for Palm Beach County Employee Relations & Personnel Department,
Manager, Recruitment & Selection and Director, and Human Resources for the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, 15th
Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County. |

Dr. Patrick Maher has combined, 35
years of experience as a Law Enforcement professional, is a retired Police Lieutenant
with the L.A. Sheriff’s Office, the President and of his own consulting
firm, and trainer, educator and expert witness in the field of personnel
testing, assessment, law enforcement and corrections. |

Dr. Maher also published an Assessor Training Manual and
Assessor Training Tape that is used internationally. |
|
|
|
 |
Drs. Willis and Maher have worked
collaboratively on many assessment projects and presentations over the
past 28 years. |

Dr. Willis serves as an
expert witness in the field of employment law. |
|
|
|
 |
Dr. Willis is an adjunct
college professor and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses which
cover personnel
selection which includes assessment center methodology. |

Dr. Maher is on the current
International Task force that is revising/updating the Guidelines and Ethical
Principles for Assessment Center Operations.
