           (2000), (Dr. Maher was a member of the task force), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
            of 1964 (42 U.S.C. et seq.)
           The Civil Rights Act of 1991
           All applicable state and local statutes, ordinances and regulations

professional standards, including the:

          American Psychological Association's "Standards for Educational and
          Psychological Testing" (1985)
          The Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists "Principals for the
          Validation and Use of Personnel Selection Procedures" (1987)
          The Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures
