accepted professional standards, including the:

                American Psychological Association's "Standards for Educational

                 and Psychological Testing" (1985)

                The Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists

                 "Principals for the Validation and Use of Personnel Selection

                 Procedures" (1987)

                The Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures
