We complete a Validation Report (if part of the contract) which ensures compliance with all federal laws and professional testing standards and practices; e.g., Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures.

The comprehensive Validation Report thoroughly substantiates that all legal and ethical professional practices and standards have been followed in the development of the entire testing process; (e.g., calculation of adverse impact analyses to ensure non-violation of the 4/5ths rule (80%).

Our work is "custom designed" for each client; i.e., we do not reuse the same written examinations or assessment center exercises for different clients to save on cost and time.

We conduct a thorough and comprehensive job analysis for each agency (if part of the contract).

We gather Critical Incident Data for each agency based on "their" incidents, issues and policies and procedures.

We develop new material for every process we design for each client.

Each candidate receives a report (if part of the contract) that documents his/her strengths and weaknesses in each competency across all skill dimensions and exercises.

Each candidate also receives general verbal feedback in a post-assessment training session (if part of the contract) designed as a developmental process.
