Training and Development

 

Our training and development programs contain some generic components.  Customization is done for each program based on the client's core competencies, a needs assessment and other data collected. Each program includes one or more of the following components; lecture and discussion, role play exercises, individual and group exercises, pre and post tests, written exercises, and videos.
