This one, two or three-day course is conducted on site at the customer’s place of business.
This course is designed as a follow-up to another management/leadership skills course.

Review the 360 Degree feedback process

Discussion about 360 data and and relevance to leadership competencies

Prepare Individual Action Plans

Practice using various leadership and team skills in group role play exercises; e.g.,
Employee Coaching Session, The Empowered Leader Group Exercise - Controlling Costs,
